Sharyn Guhman
Sharyn Guhman is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Syntropy Partners. She has been in the chair her clients sit in, so she has a deep understanding of the challenges you face. For nearly six years she was CIO of Denver Public Schools, the largest district in Colorado, setting the technology strategy behind initiatives that reached more than 90,000 students. That built on 16 years in Big 6 consulting, leading ERP implementations, large-scale systems work, and change initiatives across the public and private sectors. Sharyn knows the difference between a proposal that looks good and change that actually delivers. That means results today and your organization positioned to succeed tomorrow.

Robin Stehle
Robin Stehle is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Syntropy Partners. She builds IT organizations that work: strong teams, optimized processes, and the next generation of leaders to run them. Most recently she was Deputy CIO at Denver Public Schools, the largest district in Colorado, running operations for a 150-person technology department and building the project management methodology the district adopted. Across more than 20 years in consulting and inside IT, one thing has stayed constant: Robin solves hard problems with practical approaches and leaves behind teams and processes ready for what's ahead. What she's proudest of is growing talent and positioning the next generation of strong, capable women to lead.

Elyse Jancosko
Elyse Jancosko is a Principal Consultant at Syntropy Partners, where she leads the people side of change. A change management practitioner and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she brings 15 years of experience across organizational change management, organizational design, executive coaching, and project management, serving clients in higher education, K-12, and the nonprofit sector. Elyse is known for breaking down silos, thinking creatively about complex problems, and facilitating in a way that brings people along. She helps teams not just adopt change, but truly own it.
